崗位職責：

1. Monitoring and supervising of ships cargo related operations; Such as Cargo hold/tank preparation, Cargo stowage plan, Cargo Loading/discharging, Cargo care during the voyage etc。

監管船舶貨物相關操作；例如備艙，配載計劃，裝卸貨，航行期間貨物安全等

2.Monitoring ship’s speed and consumption performance and guiding ship’s crew for optimizations

跟蹤船舶速度油耗，指導船員相關優化調整

3.Guiding captain’s commercial operations and loss prevention for vessels, and provide trainings to ship staff as necessary

指導船長船舶商務操作及防止貨損，以及給船上人員提供必要的相關培訓

4.Ship visit for condition inspection and crew training

定期訪船做船況檢查及船員培訓

5.Other works as assigned by department head from time to time

完成部門經理交辦的其他工作

崗位要求：

1. Marine Master’s license, 3 years Chief Officer’s experience or above;

A類船長證書, 3年大副及以上職位資歷

2. Good English speaking and writing

熟練的英文口語及書面表達能力

3. College degree or above

大專及以上學歷

4. Good communication skills & Team spirit

良好的溝通交流及團隊協作能力

5. Good learning ability

良好的學習能力

6. Self-confidence but willing to change, never struck in past experience

自信獨立但不固執已見，閱歷豐富但不墨守成規

7. With Port Captain experience is preferred; Experience as cruise ship captain is preferred

有駐埠船長經驗者優先；有油輪船長經驗者優先
